WOO HOO! What a great combination! JC Penney has free shipping on all of their shoes until the end of the year, and they just came out with a new promo code GO4TEN that takes $10 off your minimum purchase of $10! When I tried to get some cheap sandals for $11, the item was mysteriously out of stock. I guess I can't blame them, sending shoes to my door for just $1 would be crazy, I may even feel a little guilty about that! HOWEVER, I did find these which I LOVE regular price $55, plus shipping. I got them for $10.81 shipped to my door with this code!
