My only motivation for starting this blog was to help others save money using coupons as well as share in the great deals out there. I have had so many people say, "PLEASE teach me how you do this!" Before this blog, I would send out weekly emails with matchups to local stores and links. I had also posted "notes" on my facebook page with matchups. As the list of people grew, I finally realized that a blog was the best way to reach everyone and really detail HOW the process works.
The first few weeks I posted links to great deals and coupons. I had never even heard of an "affiliate link". Another blogger pointed this out to me, and I realized that companies want to compensate others for bringing people to their site. After thinking about all of the hours I put into my blog each day, I decided that I wouldn't mind a little compensation for my efforts. I promise that I will never post a link motivated only by my own financial gain. The content of this blog will not change at all. I will still be posting the same types of deals and links as before I participated in affiliate programs. Thank you for following my blog, my primary motivation is STILL to help others save money!
