CVS Trip: Spent $0.29!

Yesterday when I was getting my first round of free Sobe's, the magic coupon machine printed out two awesome coupons. One was for $3 off $10 grocery purchase and another was for $3 off any "As seen on TV" product good for one day only, TODAY! So, the Sobe's counted as a grocery purchase and since I was getting them for free, I had to get another $3 worth of goodies! I also got a coupon today from the machine for $0.75 off a king size candybar. So, here is the breakdown!

1) 6 Sobe Lifewaters B1G1 Free $1.59 each
use 3 B1G1 Free coupon HERE (must play game and register)
= 6 for FREE

2) HD Reading sunglasses $3.99 (I KNOW you have all seen these comercials, how can you get more high def than real life? Well, they are cheesy but pretty cool actually!!)
use $3 off CVS coupon from magic coupon machine
= $0.99

3) King size almond Snickers $1
use $0.75 off CVS coupon from magic coupon machine
= $0.25

4) 2 six pack CVS raisins
= $2

5) 4 Emerald nuts $1.00 each
use $1/1 coupon (RP 8/15)
= FREE

6) used my $3/$10 grocery purchase
= + $3.00

TOTAL: $0.29!

It should have been $0.24 cents, I don't know where that extra $0.05 came in, do you think I should complain? =-) just kidding of course!

If you are new to CVS, the "magic coupon machine" I'm speaking of is right when you walk in the door. To shop there you need to register and get a CVS card, whenever you scan your card at the machine you get specific coupons from CVS that print out. Hope you are all having a great week!
