H-E-B= Free Bushs Beans and Yakisoba Noodles!

I don't have any cool pictures or links, but I wanted to make sure I let you all know that HEB has Bushs beans on sale for $1, limit 5, with an additional $10 purchase (milk, eggs, bread anyone??) There are $1/1 coupons from the paper. Also, their everyday price for the Mariuchan Yakisoba noodles is just $0.50, there are coupons for $1/2 or $0.50/1 out there making them free too.
I also got a deal on their diapers. I noticed a coupon a while back for $5 off their "club pack" which was 82 diapers in size 4. They are priced at $15, so after the coupon, just $10, also, this week there is an in store coupon for buy diapers get wipes for free. Pretty sweet deal! I haven't tried them yet, but I'm not picky.

I did the H-E-B Meal deal= smooth like butter!!

So all that worrying was for nothing. The coupon did NOT scan but she still took it without even saying anything! I know this is definately not a healthy shopping trip, but I am excited to try "Frito pie" or whatever that is that ya'll do down here! =-)

H-E-B Kraft Cheese Meal Deal!!

MAN! I cannot get enough of these CHEESE deals today! So, H-E-B has the meal deal above going on until Tuesday. When you buy Kraft Shredded cheese, you get H-E-B Corn Chips and Wolf Brand No Beans Chili FREE. The best part is that the cheese is reportedly on sale for $2! That means that with the $5/5 coupon I posted HERE, you can get 5 bags of Kraft cheese, 5 bags of corn chips, and 5 cans of chili for $5!

Some people are reporting problems with the new coupon scanning. This IS a legitimate coupon, printed from Kraft's website. A lot of the bags of cheese have a peelie on them advertising this coupon with directions to go to their website. H-E-B's policy on internet coupons used to be that they only accept them if they scan, however they just changed this and they will now accept them if you meet the purchase criteria such as brand, type, and size. If you have any problems just politely ask to speak to the manager and explain yourself to them. If they still refuse it, respectfully tell them that you will be calling corperate to let them know about your dissapointing experience. This will usually do the trick.

OK, so I can admit that since moving to TX I have not yet become a fan of HEB. However, this week I am warming up to them. I was just looking through their ad and I noticed one of their meal deals involves Ball Park franks, which we just got a $2 coupon for! Here is what I am going to do there later today:

Buy 2 Ballpark Franks priced at $2.79 each
use 2 $2/1 printables (must become a fan on facebook)
get the following for FREE with in store coupon:
Hormel No Beans Chili 15 oz
HEB Dip 8 oz
HEB Potato Chips 4 oz
HEB Soft Drink 2 L bottle
Hill Country Fare relish 10 oz

buy 2 Eggo frozen waffles $0.98 each
use 1 $1/2 coupon from RP 07/25/10
= $0.48 each

Buy HEB milk
Get a dozen eggs for free with in store coupon

So my total out of pocket for everything should be under $5...not bad for HEB! =-)
